Large pot/skillet 1.5 teaspoons olive oil
Cutting board 1 pound lean ground turkey
Knife 1 onion
Spatula 2 cups water
Stove 1 (28oz) can crushed tomatoes
1 (16oz) can kidney beans
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1. Heat oil in pot/skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until evenly brown. Stir in the onion. Cook until semi-tender.

2. Pour water in. Then add in tomatoes, kidney beans, and garlic. Season with chili powder, paprika, oregano, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt and pepper.

3. Mix and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 30 minutes.
