Iced Strawberries

You will need:                                                           Ingredients:
Bowl                                                                          Strawberries
Wisk (or something equivalent)                                    Water
Smaller containers for freezing
Freezer


1. Wash strawberries and remove top.



2. Mash strawberries to desired texture. Add approximately 1/3 cup water per 1/2 container (or per 1 pint) of strawberries; containers purchased at local stores tend to be the size of 2 pints). Mix well.


3. Freeze. Thaw for 3-5 minutes before enjoying!

Calories: 46 calories per cup
