Fork (albeit avocado and corn)
Serving spoon 1 small/medium green bell pepper
Foil 3 TBSP extra virgin light olive oil
Oven 1/2 TBSP minced garlic
3/4 cups water
Oregano
Italian seasoning
Garlic salt
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Cut chicken links in half along the length of the link. Place in saute pan with olive oil. Cook until browned on both sides.
3. Cut links into small pieces, then placing back into pan on low to brown slightly more.
4. Chop vegetables and green bell pepper (after coring and rinsing out the seeds) and place into baking dish.
5. Add chicken links and remainder of oil in pan.
6. Add spices as desired and add in water. Stir and cover with foil. Place in oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour until water is rapidly bubbling. Remove.
