Stuffed Porkchops- Serves 4

You will need:                                                      Ingredients:
Toothpicks                                                             4 trimmed pork chops (4oz/ea.)
Cooking Spray                                                       1/4 teaspoon pepper
Non-stick Skillet                                                     1 teaspoon thyme
Spatula                                                                  1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
Bowl                                                                      2 tablespoons egg substitute
Pyrex Baking Dish                                                  1/4 small onion, chopped
Oven                                                                      1 teaspoon minced garlic
Fork                                                                       2 teaspoons garlic salt
Sharp paring knife                                                    3 tablespoons plain, dried bread                                                                                               crumbs

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix dried bread crumbs, garlic salt, minced garlic, chopped onion, egg substitute, chopped parsley, thyme, and pepper. Mix well with a fork. Set aside.

2. Trim most of the fat from the pork chops. In the thickest end of the pork chop, use a sharp paring knife and form a fairly deep pocket in the meat. Do this to each pork chop.

3. Stuff each pork chop with 2 tablespoons of prepared pork chop stuffing.

4. Pin opened ends of pork chops closed with toothpicks to prevent the stuffing from coming out of the pork chops. Spray skillet and cook pork chops on low-medium heat for approximately 4 minutes on each side. Then transfer pork chops into Pyrex baking dish once that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

5. Cover baking dish with foil and bake pork chops for approximately 10 minutes. Remove foil and flip pork chops over. Bake for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven and remove toothpicks and you're ready to enjoy!
