Stove 2 large eggs, beaten
Spatula 1/2 cup skim milk
Bowl 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
Fork 2 ounces sliced boiled ham
2 ounces sliced Swiss cheese
4 slices white bread
2 teaspoons margarine
Dash ground pepper
1. Combine eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese and pepper in bowl, then set aside.
2. Place 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese on 1 slice of bread, then top with the second slice of bread.
3. Dip sandwich into egg mixture. Be sure both sides are well coated.
4. Heat margarine in skillet until bubbling.
5. Add sandwiches to skillet and pour any remaining egg mixture over bread.
6. Cook over low heat. Be sure to cook thoroughly until both sides are brown and crisp.
